If the street you are on has a curb, park as close to it as you tin, only no more than 12 inches away. If it has no curb, pull equally far off of the roadway as possible.

  • At whatsoever place where official signs prohibit stopping.
  • In forepart of a public or individual driveway.
  • Within xv feet of a fire hydrant.
  • Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
  • Within xxx feet of any flashing signal, terminate sign, yield sign, or traffic control device located at the side of a roadway.
  • Inside xx feet of a driveway entrance to a burn station.
  • Where your vehicle would prevent a streetcar from moving freely.
  • On a limited-access highway, unless official traffic control devices indicate you are allowed.

Parallel Parking Tips
